Is there a free version of Infogiph?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 AI generations (a one-time allowance, not a daily one), the full editor, and unlimited GIF, MP4, PNG and SVG exports at standard resolution. Free exports carry a small Infogiph watermark. No credit card is required; you sign in with Google to generate.
What formats can I export to?
Animated GIF and MP4, plus static PNG and SVG, on every plan. Pick an aspect ratio for where it will be used: 1:1 square, 9:16 story, 4:5 portrait, 16:9 landscape or 4:3. Pro and Max remove the watermark and add HD 2× exports (4K-class MP4 and PNG).
Can I save my diagrams and come back to them later?
Yes. Diagrams you create are saved to your account, so you can reopen, edit and re-export them from any device.
What counts as an AI generation?
Each time the AI creates a diagram or visual from your prompt, text or image, one generation is used. Editing on the canvas and exporting never use generations, so you can refine and re-export as often as you like.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Manage your plan from Settings → Billing. You can switch or cancel at any time; if you cancel, paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro ($12/month, or $9/month billed yearly) includes 500 AI generations a month, no watermark, HD 2× exports and a commercial usage license. Max ($29/month, or $23/month billed yearly) adds unlimited generations, a brand kit, a team workspace with shared diagrams and priority support.
How do I write a good prompt?
Name the thing you want to show and its parts in one or two sentences, for example "payment flow from cart to confirmation with fraud check and refunds". You can also upload a sketch or screenshot, or paste long text into the Text to Visuals tab and let Infogiph suggest visuals.
Can teams collaborate?
Yes, on the Max plan: it includes a team workspace with shared diagrams. Free and Pro accounts are individual.
Can I create visuals from documents?
Paste the text of your notes, article or document into the Text to Visuals tab and Infogiph suggests visuals for it. You can also upload an image, such as a whiteboard photo or an old diagram, to turn it into an editable diagram. Direct PDF or Word file upload is not supported yet.
